Any Full Member or Above – in Good Standing may nominate themselves, or be nominated to stand for election for the 2010/2011 Term of Office. Each Nominee will require one Seconder (WAPI Member Full or Above).
GC Members administer the Association on behalf of the Membership. They are expected to attend approximately 4 or 5 GC meetings in the year of Office, and to participate in the management of the Association.
The new GC are elected into Office at the AGM at which time the various roles to be performed (Portfolios) are determined by the new GC.
To be a GC Member of a Membership Association is both an important and rewarding responsibility, earning a great deal of respect from the wider membership and Sector generally. It does involve your time and occasionally meeting expenses.

Users of Professional Investigative Services including members of the public, legal profession, business and corporate clients, are able to select a credible Professional Investigator who is recognized as a “professional” and as such is a member of an established and approved professional association such as The World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI).
