Alongside his daughter, Samantha Henderson, the fourth generation preparing to lead the family firm.. they brought deep experience and fresh digital insight to the stage. From choosing the most effective databases, to Sam’s live online examples, to Chris’s invaluable perspective on GDPR/DPA compliance and UK licensing challenges, the session was both engaging and immensely educational. Their dynamic partnership and depth of knowledge kept the room fully engaged from start to finish.

Roland’s ability to translate complex data concepts into clear, practical takeaways resonated strongly with the audience. His guiding philosophy, aligning AI and digital investments with measurable, tangible value was a highlight and left attendees motivated and inspired.
