WAPI Membership Refund/Cancellation Policy

The World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership to WAPI

If WAPI refuses a new or renewing membership, registrants will be offered a refund.

Membership Cancellation by Participant

Membership cancellations received within 14 days of registration may be eligible to receive a full refund less $75.00 admin fee.

Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund.

Cancellations will be accepted via phone, fax or e-mail, and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline.

All benefits and incentives received by participant must be cancelled/returned to the WAPI

All WAPI Logo’s displayed on any website or electronic material must be removed by the Member.

All refund requests must be made by the Member or credit card holder.

Refund requests must include the name of the Member and/or transaction number.

Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card or method used for payment.

These above policies apply to all WAPI memberships.


Introduction from the Chairman

Users of Professional Investigative Services including members of the public, legal profession, business and corporate clients, are able to select a credible Professional Investigator who is recognized as a “professional” and as such is a member of an established and approved professional association such as The World Association of Professional Investigators (WAPI).
