Brig (Ret) Rashid Ali Malik – RIP
I am truly sorry to report the Passing of a long-time Colleague and Friend Brigadier (Ret) Rashid Ali Malik who Died from cancer on October 1st, 2017.
His Son Major Osman Malik advised as follows:
Regretfully, with deep sorrow and grief, it is informed that Brig Rashid Ali Malik (my father) left us for his heavenly abode to meet his creator in the early hours of 1st of October a month short of his 72nd birthday.
A born fighter, bravely faced the hardest form of cancer there is for 6 months, relentlessly!

Brig Rashid Ali Malik was an interesting and respected Speaker at many US Events, on the subject of the Taliban and the Regional problems of Afghanistan and Pakistan. Many of his forecast transpired to very accurate!!
